However, we utilize independent courier companies and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for late deliveries which may be outside our control. All small packages are committed to Royal Mail recorded services. Customers, providing email addresses, will be notified when goods are shipped stating the method used with an expected date of delivery. WarrantiesAll products carry full manufacturers' warranties. Using remanufactured or compatible products in your printer does not negate the original manufacturer's warranty unless failure in operation or damage can be directly attributed. It is important, therefore, to contact us if you are using our supplies, prior to calling an independent engineer, if it is felt that any ink, toner or drum supplied by us may be the cause of breakdown. Returns PolicyAll returns must be authorised and issued an RMA Returns Number. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Goods must be inspected on receipt and any shortfall or damage reported immediately. All reported faulty products will be collected and returned to the manufacturer for testing and must be accompanied by an example of fault, wherever possible. Goods ordered in error cannot be returned if the box and/or seal have been opened. Goods ordered in error and unopened must be returned at customer's own expense and insurance cover within seven days of date of receipt having first obtained an RMA number. Customer must specify replacement with correct goods or refund. Title of GoodsAll goods remain the property of i-toner.co.uk until paid for in full.
